Terms and Conditions for LIVAGAIN

1. Introduction
Welcome to LIVAGAIN, an online platform where mentors (MBBS students) share their experiences with NEET aspirants. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
- Platform: Refers to the LIVAGAIN website and mobile application.
- Mentor: MBBS students who provide guidance and share their experiences with NEET aspirants.
- Aspirant: Users who are preparing for the NEET exam and seek guidance from mentors.
- User: Refers to both mentors and aspirants using the platform.
- Subscription Plans: Paid models offered by LIVAGAIN, including Basic, Standard, Premium, and Program Mission MBBS.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Mentors
- Must be current MBBS students.
- Must provide accurate, honest, and constructive guidance to aspirants.
- Must adhere to the scheduled sessions and maintain professionalism.
- Must not share any confidential information or violate any laws during their sessions.
3.2 Aspirants
- Must respect the time and effort of mentors.
- Must not engage in any behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive.
- Must provide accurate information when creating their profiles.
4. Subscription Plans
LIVAGAIN offers several subscription plans for aspirants:
4.1 Basic Plan
- 10-minute limited time for audio calls or chats.
- Basic support and guidance from mentors.
4.2 Standard Plan
- One audio call with unlimited duration until the aspirant is satisfied and a solution is found.
- Standard support and guidance.
4.3 Premium Plan
- One video call with unlimited duration, similar to the standard plan features.
- Premium support and guidance, including personalized study plans and in-depth analysis.
4.4 Program Mission MBBS
- Year-long mentoring from MBBS students from AIIMS and GMCs.
- Comprehensive guidance and support for NEET preparation.
- Mentors are required to provide year-long mentoring.
- Mentors are paid based on student ratings.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
- Subscription fees for each plan must be paid in advance.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, or other accepted methods.
- Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
6. Code of Conduct
All users must adhere to the following code of conduct:
- Respect each other’s time and effort.
- Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
- Use the platform for its intended purpose only.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by mentors, including but not limited to study materials, advice, and strategies, is the intellectual property of LIVAGAIN and the respective mentors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content for any other purpose without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
LIVAGAIN is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to any loss of data, profit, or personal injury.
9. Termination
LIVAGAIN reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account at its discretion, especially in cases of breach of these terms and conditions.
10. Modifications to Terms
LIVAGAIN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
